Opening ".zip" files
______________________

You will need to have a .zip file extracter (software). So, every operating system Linux,Windows,Mac etc has built in. But, their are efficient software. I recommend you use 7-zip Download 7-zip it's open source (Free to use and free to change source code).

It's faster and more reliable. For Mac and Linux go here http://www.7-zip.org/download.html.

How to open "Now"
_____________________

Right click on the file you want to extract. Drop down menu will have an extract ( extract here is preferable ) button. Click it, and it will extract where you have that .zip file in this case factbook.zip (the file you will be downloading).

In short it should go like this. After downloading 7-zip or WinRar or even built in should work.

Right click - Extract here
